With hands-on experience across clinical research, surgical care, and ophthalmology practice operations, Ryann understands the patient journey from multiple perspectives. She has worked closely with physicians, scientists, and external partners to support strategic collaborations, guide complex agreements, and help build the operational foundation needed to move new therapies forward.
